Sam got her start in recruiting in 2014 and never looked back. She loves connecting with candidates to find their true passion. When she’s not working you can find her coaching her kids, Dezi and Gavyn in one of their many sporting events or traveling somewhere warm!

Eric turned his manufacturing background into a sales career in recruiting starting in 2018. He loves learning more about his clients and finding creative ways to partner. In his off time you can find him with his family exploring the community and saving lives as a volunteer firefighter for the XX Fire Department.

Nikki Poetter

Nikki has experience with recruiting and sales and loves when she can find a great match, sometimes you just know! She started in recruiting back in 2017 after moving back to Wisconsin. If you get her out of office she’s either traveling, working in the garden or enjoying the outdoors.
